i pre -order gears 4 and have yet to get any rewards points

i pre -order gears 4 when it came out and have yet to get any rewards points in my account . i have brought many games even rise of the tomb raider and more and have yet to see any points . i been a rewards member since the beginning . I dont even see
any VIP discount when buying stuff . **** i brought an xbox one S on release date the 2TB white and register it ypou would think i get points from that too .

So 4 years and iv only collected 5000 points overall?

I pre order games i buy games complete games i have 50k+ gamerscore yet i never get any rewards or anything to do with vip.....

 

I am missing reward credits for a promotion

You had a September promotion to pre order Gears of War 4 and receive reward credits. Well I pre ordered a few months ago so I would fall into the no man left behind part of the promotion and I pre ordered the gears 4 ultimate edition so I should get 10000
reward credits but I'm yet to receive them. Can you please add them to my account? Thanks.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Your purchase of Gears of War 4 was made in October, and was therefore not eligible for our September Gears of War offer. We do not usually have offers for hardware like consoles, so your earlier purchase of your console did not award Credits.
