    I was wondering if my Adapter is only broken or the xbox console itself, I only heard a pop on the adapter and not on the console. I was planning to buy an adapter but I still don’t know if the console is affected.

    Hello again, Ok, if the console is not connecting, the problem may be in the source or on the adapter, but to know this you would have to take it to a technical assistance so you can test it electrically.
