I play on cloud gaming and can't enable crossplay.

Oh and I play on Samsung TV if that matters.

you probably have to visit your account on https://account.microsoft.com and do it in the privacy tab

I can't do Crossplay with Android, and the games are supposed to be saved in the cloud

Crossplay is the way to go. If this game was realesed in a non-lockdown month and without crossplay, none would be playing it. Literally no one.

Crossplay is a must, also because you can deactivate it from the menu (under account, enable crossplay:no)

Are your crossplay communication settings enabled?

- In game. Go to the account tab.

- Under the online section, set crossplay to Enabled.

If you can see an option named crossplay Communication, make sure it’s set to Enabled. (If your friend isn’t gaming on PC, make sure he or she has enabled this feature as well.)
