    I play any game and it says I need to get gold when it says I have still got a year


    every time I play a game it says I need more gold however it says I still have one year I’ve tried resetting and my settings nothing has worked I desperately need help

    Xbox Live Gold Problems

    Hello, I purchased 1 year Xbox Live Gold membership 2018-02-19 and now I can't chat with my friends and it says that I need to upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. But when I look on my account on xbox it says i've got a 1 year that expires
    2019-02-19. I still can't use any features of Gold but it says I have gold in my profile.

    It says I need xbox gold when I have it already

    You still show as silver account only. So looks like something may have gone wrong.

    When you are able to let's try a complete power cycle of the console by following all the steps in our

    power cycle guide.     After this, please check if you are able to play online successfully.

    It takes us 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since you only recently renewed your subscription on the 25th, we have not yet received that information. Once we receive this new data, you should see this notification go away.
