    I peeled the grey sticker off and the code went with it!


    Uh hey i just got the halo Xbox one in the mail today installed it all well and good. when i tried to get the online game code from the back you have to peel the grey sticker off. When i did IT TOOK THE *** CODE WITH IT! what do i do? Please help.

    gears of war code

    I just got the xbox one and when i went to peel the sticker off of the code for gears of war ultimate edition it peeled off the code to where i could not read it and i was wondering since this is a game that came with my system how do i go about getting
    the code in order to download and play my game

    I feel so ripped off.

    i dont know if this is the same but i brought a new x1 and with it i got a game code. for sunset overdrive when i went to use the code it had a sealed sticker on it an to my surprise guess what happened when i peeled it off. it ripped my game code

    Sorry to hear it. Where did you purchase the console from? You could try contacting the retailer to see if they can do anything.

    If they cannot then you can try contacting phone support to see if they can help with the issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
