I payed my gold membership monthly and its not working

My gold subscription isn´t working. I have checked in the xbox one platform in my account and It seems like I have not payed, but when I look for it in the microsoft page its payed and should be working! Please help im paying for a service im not getting.

i just payed on the site and i still cant play online?

eyy i just payed on the site with a cred card sent me a email saying its payed but when i try play online its saying that im not gold membership but when i go into my settings its like your membership "gold membership" and then nothing else when i get
outa it its saying im *** free acc wtf is going on

xbox live gold not working

my gold membership is not working on my xbox live i just paid this month i am on monthly and have been woth xbox fop a long time i need that fixed asap

Did you just renew your gold today sometime? Have you tried restarting your xbox one console and checking again? I had this happen to me today and a quick restart cleared it up.

I tried that once and I even delete my account then I add it again and didn´t work either. I dont know the exact day my gold is charged but the charge is automatic to my credit card.

1. A gold membership is required to play online multiplayer.

2. If you purchase a gold membership, you can pay monthly, every 3 months, or yearly.

Also I should state that I don't pay for the yearly subscription for Xbox Live Gold, I pay for 3 month Gold. So technically I would be paying a pretty penny to pay for Xbox Live Gold and monthly membership for ESO yearly.

But how can this happen? My Gold membership is a pre paid one which was paid fully, its not a monthly subscription for Xbox Live not to work. So if I migrate my account to US and still stay in Malaysia after 3 months, will my Gold Subscription show up again?
