    payed for the accessory kit thinking I’d be able to customise my character I little more, and I can’t do anything,

    Why is their other people in the start up map able to wear different items of clothing when all I get is the standard?

    It won’t let me unmute on of my friends on the xbox party, but I am able to hear everyone else. Can anyone help?

    After that, see if it is installed by heading to my games and apps.

    Click PUBG, click manage game and check if it's there.
