I payed for a game on my account and now i can't access access them on xbox one.

The reason you would have to pay for the Xbox One version as well as the Xbox 360 version is because while it is the same game, it is considered to be two different versions of the same game in the same way that you would have to pay for bot the Xbox One
and Xbox 360 version of Lego Jurassic World. It is completely different than Quantum Break which is going to have Xbox One and PC version where you get a code for the PC version when you buy the Xbox One version (and vice versa when you buy the PC version).

So from what I understand is that they moved the family concept over to Xbox One and removed it on 360. So basically when I renew my membership on all 4 accounts separately now I will have to pay individually again costing me now $240 to keep them going
vs the 99.00 a year I used to pay. M$ making more sense now if that's the case... greed. Unless I move them to Xbox One. I also noticed that since the recent update all the Family accounts can no longer access any of the digital content games, movies, music,
(rock band content no longer accessible with wife's account as well which is upsetting her big time) and only my main account can access the content.

I can't access them either. I initiated the code but it says my xbox one has been registered to another account (which I no longer have access to)

Yep spent about 4 hours the other day, and now waiting on a callback from windows live 1-3 days from now. The majority of xbox support just simply say, nope theres nothing we can do about it.

I just can't belive that a huge company such as Microsoft doesn't have access to player accounts. If one of my parents call in and give consent to have it removed why cannot they simply access my account and remove it. You can't possibly tell me they don't
have access over accounts created through them.

That's the thing, I can't access the "My account" part on this site and I can't do much else on the other site other than just update the information already stored which won't solve much because I kinda updated it on my Xbox earlier and they've suspended
my acc or something because I can't pay for XBL Gold. And since I can't even access my account, I really have no choice left but to pay when I get money.
