You can request a refund for it at xbox.com/refunds but if your transaction is not showing up on that page, try filling out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

so i’m looking through the charges on my microsoft account and on the 9/8/2022 I bought a game for 159.95 buts it charged me twice on that date but i’m so confused because i got the same amount of money deducted today twice…

okay so, let me explain i was charged twice for 1 game, then when i requested the refund i only got refunded once when i submitted the request i stated i wanted the refund for both charges and thus me not getting the game

This is where it is confusing as you stated in your original post:

So you are saying that you never received the game?

In a perfect world, yes, all things would be equal but this world is far from perfect. Video Games aren't the only thing that's more affordable in the U.S., I got used to this fact long before I ever purchased an XBOX. If you think that Canadians get shafted,
why do the good folks down under in Australia pay $120 (their currency is pretty much on par as well) for a new 360 game? They pay TWICE as much for the same games we enjoy...
