I pay monthly for xbox live but my only gamertag I have got not says am not gold even tho payment keeps being taken out of my account .. It won't let me do anything I can't even cancel the card and try again with it.. Nothing seems to work so I can't
okay any games online.. Microsoft please help..

Xbox live account problem

I paid live gold monthly... When began a new month I decided to pay yearly. So I canceled Xbox live gold in my microsoft account and I wanted to start new payment. Payment does not work. My microsoft accoun says "xbox live gold finished on 17.9." and xbox.com
says "xbox live gold is active". So now I can not play games with gold in my Xbox One and I can not pay and activate it. Please help

Can't login to xbox live

i've been trying over 3 weeks to login in to xbox live. it says account suspended due to payment. i had it set to take out monthly membership and payed with pay pal and my accounts got mixed up and didnt habe the money in the right account. i dont know my
password but have tired to reset the password and send it to my email that i never use and have not gotten a response. i dont remember my security question. i just dont want to lose my xbox live account. i can show proof of my idenity.

The same thing has been happening to me.all morning..i had to cancel my xbox gold because xbox live sent me a message saying my gold membership was going to be suspended because my monthly payment couldnt be renewed.even tho i had made the payment and
i do have a active bank card.my next payment was march 7.it even says on billing.but my card info is still on Xbox.this and other inconveniences are making me think about switching to Sony.tbh

i just purchased live gold days ago and was playing last night and tonight it is saying I need to buy live gold again even tho like you it says under subscription I am paid for a year.

So my Xbox live gold card expired so I got a new one and redeemed it I go and try one of my games I know I need the live card for and it works for two days then it stops working so I guess my Xbox live gold card expired even tho I just got it I know this because all the games I need the card for don’t work a error thing pops up and says please sign in to account u redeemed or redeem Xbox live gold,xbox game pass. and then at the bottom it’s a button that says cancel and that’s it so am I going to get my money back for the card not working or can y’all fix this like what am I supposed to do I spent 25$ on this card and it don’t work
