When you purchased or redeemed the code for the game, does it show you the correct edition? You may check if the correct one is showing via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page.

There are some DLC's from the game that can be downloaded via your xbox console and some DLC's can be found in-game, if the correct version of the game is showing I suggest to check try checking the in-game store after you downloaded the game to see if it will automatically detect the DLC's.

In case you didn't receive the DLC's and it is nowhere to be found on your ready to install and correct version is also showing on your Microsoft order history, I suggest to submit a ticket to Ubisoft on their page to have them credit the missing DLC's but first please check the in-game content as it should be there.

When you purchase a special edition of a game, whether it be the deluxe edition, complete edition or any other edition of a game, you always get the standard edition of the game and any other digital content which is included with the edition of the game you have purchased.

By the way, infiltration packs should include the following. Includes Infiltration Pack containing:

Metal Bee

Charlie Tactical Gear Bundle

TAC 50 Brown

MK14 Assault Brown

ASR and SNR Mk I & Mk 2 Upgrades

But how come my games are just gone? Do I need gold or something? - I remember buying them!!!

I don't know if I'll ever buy games from microsoft again if I don't get to keep them after some years... Lame enough
