I pay for premium MS Solitaire, but still get ads ads ads.... :(

I am sick of paying to be a Premium MS Solitaire subscriber and STILL get ads almost every time I play SODUKU. SODUKU also freezes and crashes frequently (at least once, sometimes many times, per game). When it crashes, and I reopen
the "paused" game, I ALWAYS have to sit through that same loooooooong irritating Hidden City Seek & Find game advertisement. It's a shame, because MS Soduku is by far the best designed online Soduku game I've ever seen; what a waste. At this point I will
never never never sign up for your Seek & Find game because I am so sick of seeing and hearing it, just from being over inundated with the repetitive annoying commercials.

Microsoft Solitaire collection

I paid for the premium version of Microsoft Solitaire collection, but the ads still occasionally show up. My subscription runs til next June. It will run ad free for a period of time, then the ads will start coming again. I am currently getting ads
every time I use it. It is frustrating to pay for something and not receive it. How do I get it to recognize my premium version again?

The ads hang up Jigsaw Jammer so that you can't play expert or the time runs out. It is getting worse. I can't afford to change to Premium on all the games that I play. I already pay for the premium in Microsoft Solitaire. The ads are also handing up
Suduko now, but they are not timed so you can still play. Whoever is doing the ads needs to go in and try and play before they actually get posted.
