I pay for Gold but dont have it

Hi,

I recently renew my 1 years membership for Xbox LIVE Gold and I can play online whitout any problems, but I can't download free game and have acces to Gold weekly sale. This is very weird. My account is shared whit someone and he don't have this problem
and pay for his own Gold.

what you need to do is delete profile and redownload it. Go to settings-system-storage-hard drive-profiles-select your profile-select delete-select delete profile only-press the guid button on your controller- select download profile-enter in your microsoft
account and password-and presto! working gold

Well, heres the case.

I bought an code for xbox live gold (12 months) yesterday, and redeemed the code online, but when i went on my xbox, it wasnt there.

I tried restarting my xbox and it doesnt work. If i press my profile, its says im gold, but i cant join/create a party or play multiplayer on different games (fifa13,halo4,Forza Horizon) please help me!
