I play Microsoft Solitaire on my Windows 10 PC. On 26 April I renewed my subscription but the Solitaire app isn't recognising it. Instead, I'm getting annoying adverts and am being asked to pay a further $22.45. What am I supposed to do now?

Sorry to hear that your Xbox Live Gold subscription is not being recognized correctly. You may wish to try removing your profile from the console, restarting it and then re-adding your profile back to the
console so that it downloads all your information again. This should stimulate the system to recognize the validity of the subscription.
