I Paid with credit card and didnt get the 1 month black friday promotion

There is no run around you got your answer you did not buy the promotion

You paid for the 1 year and hot thw 1 year you paid for with a prepaid card

But you did not buy the promotion therefore you didnt qualify for the promotional 15bucks

As you been told by support over the phone and the terma and conditions of the promo and by fellow gamers like us

You need to buy the promotion on the dashboard with a renewalable payment option

As homegrown mentioned you did not buy the promo

You bought a ptevious prepaid card which doesnt count

Most pre-paid credit cards do not allow recurring charges, and that is a requirement for an XBox Live subscription (promotional or regular) to be charged to a credit card.

Did you use a credit card to purchase a year of Xbox Live Gold, or did you use a pre-paid 12 Month code? In order to receive these games, you would have needed to purchase Xbox Live Gold through the promotion screen you saw with a credit card. Entering a
12 Month Xbox Live Gold code does not qualify for this promotion.

Steps 6 to 9 are about adding credit cards - only necessary if the current Gold subscription is paid for by credit/debit card.

You guys are horrible at customer service. Absolutely the worse. I have been trying to get this problem fixed for days. I did receive some of my promotion but it was only 5.00. I paid with credit card and bought the 12 month. You guys are so frustrating.
