    I have two bills for Xbox Live Gold in August. one is 3 months(available now). another is 1 year which is not in my account. in the system I must renew it on 2015/11/18. From my understanding, the 1 year bills paid for nothing. please help to
    check it. thank you!

    Hello Microsoft Staff,

    i wanted a xbox live gold subscription for one year so i paid it with my credit card, the problem is, i paid twice for it. two xbox live gold on the same day. so my credit card is billing me for 2 (two) xbox live gold subscriptions, can you solve it for me?
    I just need one, not 2, i have only one xbox, not two, and just play in one account, not 2. Please remove one xbox live gold subscription of my account.
