I purchased an AC adapter in here and paid the money on 24th December but until now support staff still tell me inadequate inventory.

If the products were not enough for the customer, why do you compelled me to make the payment? and made the **** promise to me that send the products to me in 10 work days?

I'm very very angry with that, what's the difference between your behavior and fraud.

Give me an explain?? You have to compensate for my loss.

Would like to know more about this game....

Im looking at two games right now, AC 2 and Test Drive Unlimited 2. I leaning towards AC 2, but Im afraid its going to be just as repetitve ast the first one. That, and Im not sure if I want to waste the money on a game that will be just as repetitive as
the one before. So how is the game, is it better than the last one?

I'm so disappointed with Japanese Microsoft service and the staff's promise. They just cared about the money but not the customer's feeling. Rubbish!!!!!!!!

@IceStorm III - Exactly! Only if I could explain this to him more clearly. All i need them to do is to replace my AC Adapter which takes in AC 110 v and powers the XBox with 12V DC. But they said i would be wasting money if i bought another AC Adapter

To make it worse, i actually talked to a person over the phone but just couldnt make him agree. i posted this hoping someone else has done this before.

Absolutely nothing. I got Skyrim this month and Ace Combat AH and Batman AC, right before that. I've played Ace Combat a little and about 5 min. of Batman, so I really don't NEED anymore games.

Well I just ordered my new ac adapter for 45$ Canadian. Thank you for trying to help IceStorm III, I am not pleased at all with Microsoft about this. They make a product that barely lasts one year but i am responsible for it after 90 days from when i purchased
my system. Also the only place You can find these adapters is threw Microsoft, I would of much rather just gone to Walmart or best buy for it but now I must give microsoft more of my money and wait almost 10 days for my item to be shipped. Now im stuck with
a broken adapter that over heats in 15 mins until then.

It is not my fault their equipment was faulty after a year but obcourse I'm the one who hast to pay for it
