    Ads are not removed

    I paid $14.99 to get ads removed for a year and yet, there are still ads. What is up? If your not going to remove the ads, give me my money back.

    You would make 1 payment of $14.99 and then he will have 12 months of Ultimate before it needs to be paid again.

    I just brought Game Pass thinking it came with Gold, If I convert to Ultimate will I have to pay 14.99 or will it just fall on my next recurring bill?

    You'll have to pay the 14.99, but the Game Pass you bought will be converted to Ultimate and you'll get the month you paid for on top of that.

    For some reason the DLC is not attached to the disk or to my Microsoft account, (THE ACCOUNT I OWNED IT ON AND PLAYED ON LAST YEAR.) I have already paid for this and it says purchase for 14.99
