    Cant download purchased or free puzzles

    I paid 3,400 gold for a puzzle collection and can't download it. I also can't download the free collections.

  3. Missing puzzles and gold - yet again!

    Like other recent posts, yet again, I have lost my paid for collections and also the gold that I had accumulated.

    Has anyone had a response from Microsoft Jigsaw on how to reinstate lost puzzle collections and gold?

    Same thing happening to me here. I ordered a puzzle collection (Rivers).

    The system took my 5100 in gold credit but hasn't given me the puzzle collection.

    It says downloading but never completes.

    Where is my jigsaw puzzle collection?

    My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

    Jigsaw Puzzles

    Yes. My Gamertag is MannerlySun1181. When I drag the cursor over my Gamertag I get the following message: "You are signed in and connected to Xbox live. Your progress is being saved in the cloud. Obviously, this message is a crock. I've been told
    that the hundreds of puzzles that I have purchased and solved are gone.

    I spent two hours with tech support in an effort to resolve the loss of all my puzzles. Roughly 3/4 of an hour with Microsoft support and another hour plus with Xbox. Neither "tech" could resolve the issue so I have given up ever getting those back.

    Since that time, I have paid for four new puzzle collections. Two of those collections just disappeared into thin air, forcing me to purchase two more collections and try again. None of the puzzles will load in either of the two remaining collections.
    The screen goes blank with the rotating dots in the center and then I am kicked back to the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Screen.

    I see there are several messages with pretty much the same complaint I have. It appears that, like me, are talking to the deaf.

    I'm having a pretty similar issue. I used my gold to purchase several puzzle packs, and played some of them just fine. Then one day, my puzzle packs were gone from the My Collections box. I went into the "See all Collections" box and the puzzles I purchased
    are there and the "Download" button is active, but when I click on that, it shuts the game down. I can not download ANY of the puzzle packs, even when I tried purchasing a new one...it deducted my gold, but did the same thing...shut the game down when I clicked
    on the download button. I tried uninstalling, resetting the store cache, reinstalling, etc. as outlined on the Facebook Notes page, but none of those steps have helped...it's still doing the same thing. I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bit, on a Gateway NE series
    Laptop. Please HELP!!

    Just tried Winter Wonderland again. In the LocalState folder, a file is created called

    WinterWonderlandPack.jigsawpack.temp and after the download status bar line is completely white (filled), that file is still there and it is 32.7 MB in size.

    Nothing else happens. From looking at other collections, it should create a folder in the DownloadedPuzzles folder within that same LocalState folder and then unpack the puzzles. But it isn't doing that.
