    I paid for the premium verison so I wouldn't get the ads. For the last month I have been getting ads. When it says tap here to disable ads, I do that and says I have already paid. It comes back with ads the next day. I have to do it again. I feel
    I should get one month free and the problem fixed or return my money.

    Ads are not removed

    I paid $14.99 to get ads removed for a year and yet, there are still ads. What is up? If your not going to remove the ads, give me my money back.

    The game is still in the Preview step, so it's normal that there are issues or bugs. I don't think you're eligible for a refund because it has been too long since you bought it (and you played for more than two hours). Try opening a

    ticket     directly on the official website for the problem.
