    Hi there.

    You'll still see the option to purchase Xbox Game Pass because as you mentioned you're using a trial and not a paid subscription. The most important thing is whether or not you can access Xbox Game Pass games as part of your trial.

    When you go to My Games & Apps>Memberships>Xbox Game Pass, are you able to launch the Game Pass menus and install/play Game Pass titles?

    Make sure your Game Pass subscription is showing up under your
    Order History.     If you can locate it there, simply restart your console. If you don't see a subscription, but do have a charge on your credit card we, we encourage you to contact a representative through our
    Xbox Support site.

    We need to validate your subscription. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check if you can see the subscription from there as "active".

    Once confirmed make sure that you're signed in under the correct account on your Xbox. Please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
