    I paid my service and they suspended my account


    Just that simple. I paid my suscription with PayPal but for any reason it's like i'd never paid. I don't know what to do.

    This is annoying because it doesn't even let me pay again or anything to restore my suscription. Anyone who can help me out? I don't want to pay again this stupid thing. The payment is already done, i don't know why the **** it stills giving me troubles.

    My account was suspended

    My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

    Any idea's?

    It says my 12 month pre-paid subcription is suspended. It was added to my account just before it got suspended for the debit card expiary and the pre paid ended in 2010. I had only used a month of it when it was banned. How do i sort this

    I just had to suspend my service.

    My account was hacked into, and they charged a ton of points to my account and shipped them off..

    Now I know that I am stupid enough that I don't read the confirmation messages carefully.

    Then what about my renewal to the live membership that is just paid today? Can it be suspended, cancelled or refunded?

    I paid 10$ for service I can't use as I am stuck in the current region for more than 2 months left.
