I paid for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but didn't get it

With issues like these, there could be many factors behind it. But since you were charged, you should be able to locate the subscription on your account. So it's best to start with basic troubleshooting and work our way up trying different things to start ruling out some factors and narrow it down to the root cause.

Troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Clear Mac address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Step 2: Remove your account:

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm then re-add your account.

Step 4: Reset your console:

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.


Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

Step 5 : check your order history

I highly recommend you to check your subscription through Microsoft account | Home

If you do not see the subscription through here, Or if you have checked your Orders as well and do not see them then you might have purchased it on a separate account.

You upgraded to game pass ultimate but it didn't work even though you paid for it?

This is how I get my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Last time I paid for Live was back in June when I upgraded to Ultimate for a $1.

"It didn't work; the link says, 'Unfortunately, this offer is currently only available to members with paid subscriptions to PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you purchased Game Pass within the last 7 days, please try again later.' However, Game Pass was purchased on September 17th."

Alright, and may I ask what is the exact issue that you're experiencing with your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? Are you trying to invite your friends to a free trial PC Game Pass? If yes it is not available for you since you were able to get the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free. If you will check the article it is stated "Sorry, this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members.".
