I paid for some cod points and I haven't received any

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work, you may need to wait within 24 hours for the COD points to be added and if after 24 hours the COD points are still not available reaching out to Activision will be the next option.

I already tried this and I received this message 'You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.' I don't have any paid services or ms points.

Same for me. My Gold account was about to expire on January 25th. I've gotten the offer a week before I had to renew. I also renewed through my pre-paid 12 month card. I read that receiving the points may take up to 6-8 weeks after the promotion has ended.
9 weeks has passed now and I still haven't received any Microsoft Points, let alone any notification about them.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

As already stated, you would need to contact Microsoft Rewards customer support. They do not use the forums and will not respond to you here.
