Discus and support I paid for primium. I now find that the puzzles will not download. I have tried 5 times in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I want this problem fixed.     I paid for primium. I now find that the puzzles will not download. I have tried 5 times


    I want this problem fixed. I paid for the service. It takes my points but does not download the the puzzles.

    I have tried playing the micro puzzles have points purchased puzzles, now I have lost the ones I paid for and cannot play?????

    I now have four puzzles that I have paid for and cannot download. How do I fix this problem?

    Classic Jigsaw Puzzles (Windows 10) -- not downloading HELP!

    I am having the same problem as all of you but it is now to the point where I click download on either the free puzzles or paid puzzles and it kicks me out of the game completely and goes back to my home screen. No instance in the task manager either.
    If I restart I can play the puzzles but I cannot download anything.

    I have the same issue. I paid for the puzzles, and the game just crashes when clicking on the download button on that puzzle.

    It has been about a month or more that I haven't been able to play jigsaw ant now they have a new puzzle and I can't download it. I paid for upgrade and can't play. What gives?

    Getting new puzzles

    No error messages, but when I previously tried to download puzzles, I chose the set I wanted, hit buy for # coins or gold, and hit yes to go ahead knowing I couldn't cancel after I hit it. Then nothing happened. I hadn't tried to download puzzles from Microsoft
    Jigsaw before I tried it and it didn't work. The good news is that I just tried downloading a different set of puzzles, the cats, and it worked fine with no problems. I was hoping to be able to get the other ones, too, that I think were the architecture ones,
    but now I don't have enough coins. When ValuableNomad90 answered me, the person asked me to check updates. I noticed that the last update on the puzzles was Jan. 26. It was near the beginning of the new year that I tried to download the architecture puzzles.
