I paid for premium Jan 28 2023, why is it asking me to renew in july?

I would like to ask the following questions in order to understand better your concern:

Are you playing Microsoft Solitaire collection, or what game is that?
What platform is the one you’re using to play the game?
What procedures you tried to fix this inconvenience prior to your post creation?

As of Jan. 28 2015 it is happening to me on battlefield 4

I have the same issue but then when I look at the terms, it tells me that it will renew on 8/10/2023 (My current sub ends on July 23rd, 2023. I have Gold right now, not Ult. So are they saying that they'll give me 2 extra weeks if I pay $14.99 to convert it, but I won't be billed again after this until next summer?

It's so confusing and I've been waiting to chat with a live agent for 20 minutes and phones are down... I'm number 28 in the queue and it's not moving. So I just need someone from microsoft to clarify this before I agree to convert it.

Update: I refreshed the chat window bc it hadn't moved and now I'm number 32 so don't ever do that...

BomberMann, let me get into more detail, I messed up writing that question. So, this is what happened. I put in a pre-paid card code, which made my membership go from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2011, between that time period (Jan, 2010 to Jan. 2011) I put in another
code that extended my membership to Jan. 2012, then I bought another year of gold through the dashboard (it was $29.99, for a Halo Reach promotion or something like that), which should make my membership go to Jan. 2013 and now my account info says automatic
renewal will occur on Jan. 2012. Can you help me out better now?

I am having the same problem, as my renewal comes up on the 9th of Jan 2012, I am not renewing as I am not getting the service I paid for. Call me when this is fixed up and we will see.

I am missing Bungie sooooo much right now (may be it was a mistake to let them go)!!!!!!!!
