I paid for premium but they keep asking me to pay again

Discus and support I paid for premium but they keep asking me to pay again in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I subscribed to Premium Windows Jigsaw in September but for the past couple of weeks (since the last upgrade) most often it does not load the premium...     I paid for premium but they keep asking me to pay again


    I subscribed to Premium Windows Jigsaw in September but for the past couple of weeks (since the last upgrade) most often it does not load the premium version and asks me to pay again.

    Please help.

    I paid for premium membership on my computer. I also play on my tablet and it's asking for me to pay for premium membership again. Do I need to have seperate membership for each device I use?

    Help with Microsoft Solitaire Premium

    I purchased a 1 year subscription to Microsoft Solitaire Premium in August and it now I have the ads back and it keeps asking me to pay again. How do I get Microsoft to recognize my paid subscription?

    I'm having the same issue which started December 24th. Contacted support using the Virtual Support and received no help at all... just run-around. Thought I'd try here.

    Update: I received partial Premium service for a couple of days.... no ads, but also all my downloaded puzzle sets were gone. Also, the repeating music in the background was not desired and could not figure out a way to disable it without turning off my
    computer sound. Then, on New Years Day, premium service was gone again. Maybe now that the holidays are over, things can get fixed????
