i paid for movie and its plauys and than give me a error code i want my money back

I've re downloaded twice and it hasn't worked , Microsoft has bothered helping me since the first day I'm so upset with the quality of service they are giving me, I want my money back, I paid for a pre order code too

And of course, nobody at Microsoft knows what this error code is, despite it popping up on their console. I paid actual money for the movie, and of course I can't get a refund, because it's digital. Someone want to fix this instead of letting this go unaddressed

80122734 that's the code I called them like I said and they say it's activated and my code is 54.00 in credit. I'm not wasting that type of money unless they want to give me the money back. That's all i'm saying.

Atm i dont have a credit card to update my paypall account, so i bought the 3months XboxLive pre paid card, this is weird, i cant use the redeem code, it always gives me a error, it recognizes that its a prepaid card but when i click "OK" it gives me a error,
and i can't remove my paypall acount :\
