    Halo ,

    I recently bought a game on Xbox for my brother and in the end it shows on my bank account that the transaction went through but an error popped up and I didn't get access to the game please help because this is a game for my younger brother. I even looked in the order history and it's not there. In the end the bank did its job but Microsoft failed.

    If you received an error message at the time of payment and the purchase was not completed but you were charged, do not worry, this will be refunded within approximately 3 to 5 business days, this automatic refund occurs when the purchase is not completed.

    Just make sure that the purchase does not appear in your order history.

    The codes are being sent out in waves, some people have already started receiving the codes. You should hopefully start receiving them on your Xbox IM, if you don't then try contacting support again: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/
