    i paid for ad free and still game play freezes


    I paid for 1 month of ad free and the game play still freezes like it is loading ads. That's not fair and when your playing in countdown mode its really not fair when it takes 5 clicks to drop a puzzle piece and waste 10 seconds on the timer. When is Microsoft
    going to fix all the problems or should I just cancel everything? Maybe when you start losing money, you will fix everything. Even trying to type this response, your website is freezing up.

    I paid for ad free last week. It was working but today its playing ads again and telling me I can purchase ad free. My credit card was charged.

    Why am I getting ads in Spanish now? I am not Hispanic. I object to being forced to listen to ads in Spanish. I tried the ad free version and kept getting ads even after I paid for ad free playing.

    Almost every free to play game includes ads. Typically they are whomever is paying for ad space as long as it's not deemed inappropriate and/or offensive advertisements. Many games offer a "premium" version which is a paid version of the game, which excludes
    ads.

    I paid for XBL with no expectation of free games, this is an added bonus and therefore I consider them free as I did not pay a cent to obtain them.

    Why cant we play multiplayer games without gold

    The game is free to play as you haven't paid anything to buy the game. It still uses all the same network infrastructure as any other game on Xbox live so the cost shouldn't be paid by everyone else so those that want to play for free can.

    Just my opinion.
