    I paid for a game I did not receive in Microsoft Store


    I have just bought a game in Microsoft Store, went to the payment window, made the transfer, went back to get the game and Microsoft Store was charging me again. I cannot cancel the transfer, as it was already accepted. I have not receive any confirmation
    email nor any store credit

    if this has taken the payment out of the bank, ge in touch with microsoft support with the evidence (and reciect) and they shall help you out further.

    Hi MarcoBecker2,

    I would say wait a few minutes, could just be a delay. I would also say check under My Games & Apps from the Xbox One dashboards under Ready to Install.

    If it appears in your billing history but not on your Xbox, try the following:

    1. Remove your profile from the console

    2. Power cycle/ reset your console

    3. Add your profile and sign in.

    Yes, it has taken my payment as a direct debit. As for my order history, it is non-existant: nothing shows up. Also, I have not found any refund options in your link.

    You can't get a digital refund by calling Microsoft, there's a form you can fill out online however linked by one of the other replies.

    OP : Before requesting a refund I'd see if you can go on microsoft.com, find the listing for the game you purchased, and select it for remote install by clicking install on my devices, then choosing the console you want to install it on.
