I paid for a denied game

I bought the Lego DLC of Forza Horizon 4, but didn't receive it. When I looked at my order history my order was denied. So I checked my bank account and there I saw that is still paid for it. I don't know what to do now.

With them you can ask for a refund or to see what happened with your order and fix it, if yo opt for a refund click on Billng and accounts, then you will see step 2 (or may need to click on see other options), under
payment issues click on request a refund.

Also check with your bank, sometimes the charge appears but a refund may be already in process

How are they able to deny me access to a service and things that I paid for over something that I did not do? This isn't right.

Same thing here. I sincerely hope these boards are monitored by an XBox Live representative who will look into and absolve the matter. It would not be right for us to be denied a game we have paid in full already for.

"Well, had they denied access to something I paid for I would be upset" See this kinda contradicts what you were saying before. I have no problem paying for DLC's. Certain games like Gears, Halo, Mass Effect, Fallout will always get me to fork over extra
for added game content. However, this first "dlc" content is already on the disc, and you're being denied access to it...
