I paid for 1 year premium edition and it is gone. How do I get it back please

Am I able to get the money back from the purchase to put it towards the premium edition or is the money gone?

I'm going for Day One Edition Console, FIFA, Battlefield 4 & Premium, CoD Ghosts, DL of DR3, Forza & I'm really liking the look of Ryse. Plus I got the KI email. I was gonna get a new headset but that's been delayed(that money has gone on the Game downloads)and
I paid the £24 year of live yesterday. Bring on Friday week.......

this is a no-brainer man..get the premium edition.....der....$59.99 nets you the game + all DLC and premium membership all for about half the price I paid for it

I have been playing Battlefield for many years now, and been a premium member for many years.

I DON`T have premium access to events, battlepacks, VIP access to server queues !!!!!

I talked to EA as I told you at first, they tell me what I allready know, I miss the whole premium part, I have the 4 expansioin packs that it.

I would like to get my 400 DKK back, I did not get the product I paid for, so please send my money back, or fix the problem.

I am so disappointed.
