    Hello

    I brought something in Madden NFL 25 Ultimate Team. My Microsoft Points were Charged, but the Game didn't give me the Content for what I paid.

    Hi there,

    I have had a 2 hour correspondence with Xbox and Microsoft reps on the phone. I have explained that there was a promotion going on and I used 5600 points from my Xbox Live Rewards account for my subscription. I lost my points and didn't get Xbox live either.
    Please help!

    I haven't played any of the Madden games myself, but I have a few potential solutions to your problem:

    First off, check your download history. Navigate to your Harddrive, go to your download history, and find the Madden NFL 25 folder. See if the content you purchased is in there. If it is, see if you can redownload the content. It simply may not have properly
    downloaded.

    If this doesn't work, perhaps you could check in-game and see if there is some sort of in-game store that will allow you to download the content properly. Most EA games have some kind of in-game store, and any kind of DLC only works once downloaded from
    the in-game store.

    If none of this works, I would suggest getting in touch with EA's customer support, as Madden is their product, so they should be able to give you a hand.

    And how much longer should I wait? I mean with all due respect it has been over a week And still nothing. Gears is a good game but if I had known that this would happen I wouldn't have spent the $100. On a pre-buy. I finished the solo part of the game before
    the release date.

    According to the Xbox Store, they are being sent out in waves within 30 days of purchase. Just be a little bit more patient and you should receive them soon :) I know its frustrating that you have not received them yet, but you will. I hope this helps to
