I own Xbox Gold Live 12M but I can't play any game online NEED XBOX SUPPORT!

I need your support to solve this problem I have encountered, I bought an Xbox gold live membership for 12 months on

04/02/2017 everything was working just fine but after few days I cannot play any game online anymore. I don't know why. Since those days I haven't been able to play online any game again. When I am on my Xbox home display there is this image that says I
should buy an Xbox live membership If I go through the steps to see if I can buy it even though I already own one, in the last step It says this: "Bring your subscription up-to-date" and then I can only close the window, it says that I should go to account.microsoft.com
as well and I have visited the website but there is nothing related to this issue there, it only says that everything is just fine WHICH IS NOT. Every time I go through these steps It is always the same I add pictures.

I already removed my account from my Xbox one, I turned it off and I waited 5 minutes then I turned it on and then I signed in again with my account but it didn’t work.

I need you to solve this problem.

XBOX LIVE GOLD

I just bought the 12M gold membership and i was playing online without problems, but now the xbox tells me that i need to be gold to play the games and i dont know how to solve it, any help ?

I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

gold 1 month free trial canceled

but yet I have no number next to my name
