I own this game but new console won’t let me get play

We need to make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account, Ryan. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order from there for both games stated as "completed".

If it's not showing from there please check all Microsoft accounts that you own, Ryan.

Im a little confused. My friend gameshared a game with me and now that I am on my own xbox it won’t let me play the game at the same time as her.

I understand you need help on your game problem. Let me help you with that.

Just a heads up, this normally happens when the game is not fully installed and most especially when DLC content pack 1 - 4 has not yet being installed.

Please go to Games and Apps.

Look for Call Of Duty and highlight it.

Once highlighted, go to Manage Games and Add ons. Look for content packs 1 - 4 then make sure you install all of them.

Once done, try the game again.

that was something I thought about trying at first but unfortunately I have to be able to get past the start screen in order to start a new game which it won’t let me do. The game won’t allow me to open it without having enternet connection.

It won’t let me purchase it though, it just says I own it
