Please, reset the store and try installing the game again.

To Reset the Store, Press the Windows Key + R > Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Close the store and reopen it.

Then, on the Microsoft Store, type your game name: "Halo Wars 2".

Load the game page and click on "Install".

In case it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

With the order ID it would be easier to recover access to the game, but as I advised, please, contact support.

They should be able to find the purchase in your account.

I got the game years ago and since then I've switched phones a couple of times. I also have lost bits of data from all the switches,and unfortunately I could not find the email. I searched till almost the beginning of my inbox. Nothing. I really don't want to have to buy the game and DLC's again .

Also it was a digital purchase.
