    I didn't find the purchase button to get JUMP FORCE for free on the store of the console. Even though I've owned game pass ultimate& gold. Then, I went to the website for downloading. I made it. However, I found I couldn't start the game. It shows I didn't

    try uninstall and reinstall the game and go to the xbox game pass on your console see if its still in the game pass. i had the same problem that happen to me

    if its on Xbox Game pass or pc game pass you can but if its from the website no you can't
