I Own Forza Horizon 5 yet says I need game pass??

I purchased FH5 in December of 2022. I have the order receipt and everything. In March of 2023, the game crashes every time I open it. Now since April 9, 2023, it says I no longer own it and can only play it through game pass. I can’t call Xbox support as I’ve met my “daily callback limit” because they keep hanging up on me, causing me to call them back. And yes, I have ran every troubleshoot, compatibility, uninstall-reinstall, nothing works. Feels like I just got scammed out of 60 bucks.

I bought forza horizon 5 but I need the game pass to play it with friends why?

In the newer dashboard update I have Forza Horizon 4 in my owned games but Gears 5 is not there. Both show up in the Game Pass section. I did purchase FH4.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.

As noted already, unfortunately only the Standard Edition of FH5 is available on Game Pass.

You can always purchase the add-ons bundle if you access FH5 through Game Pass: Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle | Xbox or if you would prefer to own the game with the premium add-ons, then you would need to purchase the Premium Edition

You receive the Car Pass, the Welcome Pack, VIP Status and the Hot Wheels DLC releasing July 19th with the Premium add-on.
