i own forza 3 and 4 on xbox and i can't install them on pc?

If you own the games digitally, then they will show up in your game library on the Xbox app, just make sure you are signed in with the same account that was used to purchase the games on both the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store. If you own the games on disc, then you will not be able to get them for PC, as the entitlement is for digital owners only.

i go to the store/xbox app and it says not available seperately or game pass and it doesnt say i own it, but i own them on Xbox and have just played 4 - my game pass ran out lol so thats how i know

I started XBox and signed in as myself and the Forza Horizon 4 game immediately installed. He doesn't have a separate account for XBox. When he plays on PC he logs in as himself and plays his own games.
