I own DLC but says I need to purchase it

And to clarify, the title is meant to say purchased DLC not documents. Auto correct is trash. We are dealing with dlc here. Dlc bought in 2010. Dlc I own. I'm not rebuying something I own.

Eventually all items on the Marketplace will tell you that you need to purchase it again. If you need to redownload something always start from the Download History.

As for the missing DLC, are you sure it was originally purchased with the tag you're posting with? You may want to double check other tags on the console.

You can also go to commerce.microsoft.com to double check past purchases on your account as all purchases are listed there since the account was created.

Similar problems here says I own the dlc but not available to download from xbox one store... BUT if you go into the xbox 360 store it's there and available for purchase. Tried everything I could think of, Need Help XBOX!

So in the Xbox store it says that I OWN the game, but I actually only own the trial version. If the game is on gamepass, the option is "installable" meaning I don't own it. It's installable because it's on gamepass, but if the game offers a trial and I've downloaded that trial, the store says I OWN the game. This has caused me to purchase DLC for a game I only own the trial for. I need to know how to tell if a game I have is only the trial version of the full game.

Yeah so none of that helped, the problem is even on my computer it says I do not own the dlc, on the Microsoft website. I’m not purchasing a DLC for the second time
