    I own cold war but cant find content packs i own it both on disc and cloud


    So as i said i own cold war but it wont let me play ive bought the disc and digital version

    I'm sorry that you are going through this problem, with the intention of helping you I did an internal search on the community forum and found a possible solution for you. Follow these steps:

    Go to my games and apps > highlight the game > press the menu button > go to manage games and add-ons > click on the game icon > scroll down and make sure all the packages are installed from there.

    Also, make sure your console is reading the disc.

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    Why do I have to buy the game twice

    First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the game order stated as "completed", once confirmed follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

    The disc indeed includes the multiplayer and zombie packs we just need to ensure that they are installed.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
