    Hello, I've played minecraft for a long time on mobile devices and on my xbox 360, a few years ago I bought a PC which I've used to play minecraft java edition. All of my friends played on xbox, or playstation. So I searched for a way to purchase minecraft bedrock edition for PC. I bought it off of the microsoft store and for some reason I CANNOT install it. I've tried so many different things and want to know how exactly to fix this... And it keeps trying to get me TO RE-PURCHASE bedrock edition from the minecraft website!!! So can someone who knows what they're doing tell me how to fix this? And if it helps I purchased it from the microsoft store before the java edition made me merge accounts with my microsoft.

    Hello Josef, I've tried updating microsoft, restarting my computer, troubleshooting windows, resetting the app in the apps and features setting, turning off my antivirus, and logging in and out of my account.

    It's been 10 days since I responded when can I get help on this??? And it's been 18 months since I purchased it this is getting quite annoying.

    are you able to see the approved transaction there?

    And please briefly tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
