I own a game but it isn't showing up on my Xbox for a odd reason?

Its very odd, it doesnt appear when I follow the instructions that you explained, but yet it shows up in my account as a game that i own? For some reason im unable to install on my pc without buying another copy... they’re trying to bleed me dry!

I was having a similar issue and I bought through Xbox One Marketplace. After digging around I've found for some odd reason they are selling the PC version through Xbox store also. So it shows I own it but it's actually for PC not Xbox. I would check to
see which version it shows up as.

It has been 24 hours since i purchased the game, it still isn't showing up on my xbox. I even downloaded it to my xbox using the app and it said i didn't own the game.

It didn't work, the game still isn't showing up and the xbox is still acting like i don't own it.
