Now won't recognize account. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm getting an error message after I played for hours that says I'm no the owner of this purchase.     I ordered Witcher 3 yesterday. Played it for hours. Now won't recognize account.


    I'm getting an error message after I played for hours that says I'm no the owner of this purchase. I've triple checked my account. Nothing has changed but I can't access the game. Please advise and take care!
