    If it does, then just give it some more time. It could take upto 24 hours to get the items sometimes. If the purchase doesn't show on the link, then not to worry, it means the transaction failed and the money will be refunded back to your account automatically within 24 hours.     For help with the rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. Keep in mind that the 15,000 credits should show as pending about 15 business days after the games ship as long as you preordered physical discs from microsoftstore.com
