    I ordered two 1-month xbox live codes and haven't received them yet.


    Usually, when I order them I receive them right away, but I still haven't received my codes yet and I ordered them over 12 hours ago.

    Microsoft Answer Support person directed me here.

    I Pre-ordered Battlefield™ 1 Standard Edition on 10/5/2016. I haven't received a code for one month of EA Access* in my Xbox messaging center yet.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

    Me too. They said they've sent out the codes, but I haven't gotten them yet. I received for Christmas and played 2-3 matches for Gearsmas on Xbox live (even paid for a month since the Xbox live free trial code didn't work). Have been waiting for almost two

    Xbox and 343 are working on getting the codes to the remaining people. I actually received mine yesterday morning in a message on my xbox from LIVE at about 1:30 yesterday and somebody I helped earlier received theirs at around 4:30 this morning. If you
