I ordered an Xbox one x 3 weeks ago still no update

On may 8th i ordered an xbox one x star wars bundle. On the confirmation email its states that it will arrive on may 27th. On the email it still says pending and theres no tracking number. I’ve called and chatted with multiple people from support and they
said something different everytime. But today i finally got an answer saying that the bundle was on backorder and they dont know when its going to be in stock. If i would’ve known this over 3 weeks ago i would’ve cancelled and taken my business somewhere else
but it took 3 weeks just to get that answer. Im very disappointed in microsoft this is my first time ever ordering from microsoft and it will be my last. I understand that there is a pandemic going on but communication would’ve been great!

Mannnnn Im so sorry this happened to you. I know support is better than this. It really sux that its on backordered and you never knew about it. I wish they would have informed you sooner!
