I Ordered A New Power Brick From Microsoft...

... And I was just wondering (in hindsight that maybe I should have spoken to a person) why Microsoft chooses to (I assume) truck my order across the U.S. of A., or did I miss something in the ordering process. Got an e-mail from Microsoft Monday with the
tracking number for FedEx. I saw it was shipped Monday and is to be delivered Wednesday. That made me smile. I've went thru 3 "replacement power bricks" from Amazon since September and just decided it best to get it from the source. Not that it really matters
at this point since it is at least on the way... but Monday it was in in California, on Tuesday it was in New Mexico and today it's in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Ship date: 10-3-16 and scheduled delivery date is "By end of day 10-12-16.

Where can i buy European PSU for xbox one ?

If I can add to this .. I have a US XBOX now back in AUS ´i have ordered a AUS power supply from the XBOX Website. (also my power brick from the US is blown.. as i had shipped my box early .. eager flatmates plugged in the Power Brick .. without the XBOX
thank god..) so will the new AUS Brick work now with the US Console or do i need to oder a US Brick and then still buy the Transformer

You want to order the AC cord, or the whole power supply including the power brick?

A PC power cord should work as an AC cord replacement. I've used one before on the more modern supplies that do not have a center notch in the power receptical (non-203w power supplies.

The whole power brick can be ordered from Microsoft on myservice.xbox.com. Start a repair and one of the options is to buy a replacement power brick. They're about $30.

Sorry to hear it. You'll need to contact phone support or Fedex for more information on the delivery process.

I did want to mention about your previous bricks though. Unless you are getting the item from a reputable source it's possible that you are getting a 3rd party item which could be the reason for the failures. Sites like Amazon, Ebay, etc may advertise
something as official but could be sending you a 3rd party knockoff that won't have as good a shelf life as the actual thing.

Thanks for the reply. Though I could have gotten one from Amazon that could have lasted me (maybe) until the one I ordered from Microsoft gets here. At last check it was sitting somewhere in Martinsville Indiana since last night... just a little over 600
miles away. Getting it tomorrow (Friday) seem a bit far fetched to me, almost cautiously optimistic about a Saturday arrival, but I'm already at the mindset of being prepared to finally get it Monday. Good gaming to ya!

If you are lucky enough to live near a Microsoft store you might try contacting them to see if they hold power supply's in stock.

ordering of a replacement power supply for my xb1there were no shipping options available and my power brick was shipped by... truck. Had I known it would take as long as it's taking now I'd have bought one from Amazon that would last me for that week until
mine will arrive on Monday. Been trying to get a reliable brick since August 28th when the original went down have had three from Amazon since. I'd have happily paid the extra for something to come earlier than to have something ordered and then you receive
an email of your order that was initiated on the 3rd with the delivery date being the 12th. Poor power supply bouncing around in a FedEx truck from Bloomington, CA on Monday, to Gallup, New Mexico on Tuesday, to Sapulpa, Oklahoma on Wednesday, to Martinsville,
Indiana on Thursday, to Hagerstown, Maryland of Friday, passed off to the United States Postal Services on Saturday to hopefully be delivered earlier than the 12th. Just my thoughts on that process. Guess it's my own fault because I like gaming so much.

Hi, you basically put too much power into the power brick. The Xbox One U.S power brick, only supports 120V. Your only option is to order another power brick from Microsoft for the Indian power needs, in this case 240V. Make sure your console is registered
on here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices and you will be able to order a new power brick from that website too.
