I ordered a $10 xbox card and haven't recieved it. My purchase history is blank.

I racked up enough points to purchase the $10 xbox card so I went through process and it said that I would receive it soon in my e-mail. I've done this before and I know that it can take a little while but out of curiosity I checked my account to see the
status of the order. I discovered that while my point amount had been reduced by the cost of the card (9300 points) there was no record of the order being made.

At first I assumed that maybe it takes a while for the order to show up in purchase history but a previous Microsoft rep I spoke to in chat just now stated that it should be showing up there. They told me that they couldn't help because it was a Xbox Live
Rewards issue so now I'm here.

Pretty much what I am trying to say is where did my points go and how do I get the reward I ordered?

Day 11, no Alan Wake or PC codes

I pre-ordered Quantum break on 4/4 around 11pm EST using the preorder link on Xbox.com and recieved my purchase confirmation. I've waited the 7-10 days as advised on the forums also and haven't recieved my QB for windows store codes or codes for Alan Wake.
Is there a next step I can do?

Double Billing!!!

I have already been billed for my xbox live subscription for the month on 10/17 for $10.96 is says xbox live as usuall.....a second charge showed up in my bank account this morning for $1096 dated 10/23 it says xbox live go. I haven't ordered anything
in a few months??? To top it off the payment and history feature of Xbox Live is down I can't see my purchase history to even begin to figure out what it is.

You would need to contact customer support for Microsoft Rewards. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program. You can find their contact in their redemption page.

Is the credit card only tied your personal account or are there any other accounts tied with it? Maxbe the purchase was made through another account? If there are more profiles on your xbox check the order history an that too. Did you recieved a Mail for
one purchase?

Hello Erick! I've checked my order history, but neither of those charges show up in any way. I should mention that I haven't purchased anything with the card om the store yet. I simply added it to my account as a payment method.

Hello Carlito, this is weird because all games that are purchased on pre-order if the chosen payment method was credit card the system will charge 10 days before the release of the game.

What payment method did you use to pay for the pre-order, did the game purchase show as complete in your Purchase History?
